Erika joined Deloitte in 2017, and currently serves as European Union Institutions Leader.
Erika has extensive experience in strategy and operational design. Erika specializes in strategic and operational projects as well as M&A related topics, and has in-depth expertise in the banking sector since 2005.
She is recognized for her technical expertise within the Deloitte network of member firms and has been appointed as co-leads of the EU FSI Sector in the EU Global Account.
She co-leads the Strategy Community of Practice in Luxembourg.
She holds a Master degree in Business Administration from Louvain School of Management and certification in PMI/PMP Project Management. She is fluent French and English.
