Enrique Marchesi-Herce is a partner with Deloitte based in Luxembourg specializing in the financial services sector.
Enrique worked for many of the key players in the asset management industry (ranging from traditional to private equity, real estate, and hedge funds), and the banking and insurance sectors during his tenure in Madrid and Luxembourg.
Since 2006 he has led a wide array of complex TP projects including intellectual property (IP) valuation, value chain alignment, global documentation and other tax planning projects.
Enrique has worked on multiple advance pricing agreements and participated in complex tax audit disputes (negotiation, mediation and litigation) on both the local and competent authority levels.
Enrique regularly presents at tax seminars and contributes to technical publications as well as to thought leadership on TP issues.
Enrique holds Degree in Law, Universidad Autónoma de Madrid, Spain and Master degree in Tax by Instituto de Empresa (IE), Spain. He is a member of ALFI TP Working Group.
He is fluent in English, Spanish and German languages.
