David joined Deloitte in 2004, and currently serves as Partner in Audit & Assurance for the CIPS sector. He is also a member of the A&A ExCo and acts as the Chief Technology and Transformation Officer for A&A in Luxembourg (“CTTO”).
David has extensive experience in Audit Services – especially in infrastructure, lifescience and TMT industry. He has built this over his career not only in Luxembourg but also in Australia. David specializes in audit of public entities, and has in-depth expertise in consolidation under IFRS/US GAAP and Lux GAAP. He amongst others helped companies to enter the Amsterdam Stock Exchange (in the telecom and infrastructure spaces) and go through various debts refinancing processes.
He is recognized for his technical expertise within the Deloitte network of member firms and has in the past been the DCE leader in terms of audit transformation for our large and complex portfolio of clients. David is also a réviseur d’entreprises agréé and member of the Order of Chartered Accountants (OEC).
He holds a Master’s Degree in Business Management from ICN Business school. He is fluent in French, German and English.
