Dany joined Deloitte in 2005 and currently serves as Tax Leader.
He has over 20 years of experience in international tax. He advises asset managers on a wide variety of international tax issues, including mergers and acquisitions, tax due diligence, global tax optimization, cross-border withholding taxes, tax compliance and assistance with tax considerations affecting regulated and non-regulated investment funds.
Dany is qualified as a Luxembourg tax expert (diploma in Luxembourg Taxation organized by the Luxembourg Training Institute of the Chamber of Commerce and the Accountancy Society). He holds a master's degree of French law, corporate law division, specialty business tax law from the University of Lille II.
Dany spent 3 years with Deloitte Tax LLP in New York as member of the Luxembourg desk. The desk assists U.S. based asset managers and multinational companies doing business in multiple jurisdictions. He was in charge of serving U.S. based asset managers, in identifying and addressing the impact of foreign tax rules at each stage of a Fund's lifecycle.
