Cédric joined Deloitte in 2004 as a Consultant in the Tax department and is now a Partner, leading the Indirect Tax services and acting as Growth Leader for the Tax practice.
He specialises in domestic and international VAT advisory and compliance services.
With more than 20 years of experience, he has developed extensive expertise in providing VAT services across a broad range of industries, including commercial and industrial groups as well as the financial sector (alternative asset managers/funds, banks, insurance companies and other financial sector professionals).
He advises clients on a wide variety of VAT matters, including VAT implications of mergers and acquisitions, VAT due diligence, input VAT recovery, VAT compliance and VAT cash-flow optimisation.
Cédric also leads the development of Deloitte Luxembourg’s SAF T/FAIA, e-invoicing and e-reporting solutions and, more broadly, the Indirect Tax department’s digital service offerings. Recognised internationally as a VAT expert, he regularly advises on major cross border VAT projects for multinational groups, financial institutions and alternative investment funds/fund managers.
