Chloé Piquet is a Director in the Consulting IM & PERE department, where she currently supervises the activities linked to Investment Compliance, Marketing Compliance and Distribution.
As part of her duties, Chloé supervises the regulatory compliance services and support client’s ensuring they understand and comply with applicable regulatory frameworks. Her expertise spans distribution, marketing, risk management and investment compliance aspects on a wide scope of countries worldwide.
Chloé acts as coordinator and facilitator for the module dedicated to Marketing, Distribution & Transfer Agent of the ILA Fund masterclass.
Prior to joining Deloitte, Chloé worked for 12 years in RBC Investor & Treasury services and has a strong background in the field of Investment Compliance and Risk Management. Her area of expertise includes an in-depth knowledge of the legal framework in Luxembourg but also at a European level and in a number of European countries.
Chloé actively participated in the analysis and implementation of several key regulations and led some key restructuration projects.
