Bringing a dual perspective to my role, having accumulated more than 10 years of experience in both consulting and in-house mobility management.
I began my career with five years in Big Four firms, specializing in Luxembourg personal income tax and global mobility services — including social security, immigration, and shadow payroll. I then spent almost five years on the corporate side, managing the full mobility lifecycle for a large multinational company, providing expert guidance and cost estimates, and analyzing the personal tax, pension, social security, and payroll compliance implications of international transfers and secondments.
In addition to my core professional activities, I am also facilitating personal taxation classes for the CSL and teaching personal tax courses at the Université de Lorraine.
