Christophe joined Deloitte in 2011, and currently serves as Partner in the Insurance Consulting practice. He also leads the Deloitte Open Talent offering in Luxembourg.
Since 2011, Christophe has developed strong experience within the financial industry, helping clients identifying solutions for the enhancement, development and implementation of scalable and robust operating models that support their strategy and ensure regulatory compliance.
Christophe has had the opportunity to review large & international insurance organizations, implement new insurance operating models (L&H and P&C), deliver large business & IT transformation program and contributed on digital innovation initiatives. He has also developed a soundtrack record in regulatory related activities (i.e. Solvency II, IFRS 17, AML/KYC) at strategic and operating levels for insurers.
Christophe also coordinates the Open Talent offering in Luxembourg which provides a pragmatic, flexible, cost-effective and high quality external business support staffing solutions. This service gives access to a controlled & certified network of contractors/freelancers and offers an end-to-end solution to support the on-boarding, monitoring and off-boarding of those resources.
He holds a Master in Management Science from the Louvain School of Management (Belgium). He is fluent in French and English.
