He is specially involved in technology, notably in topics related to strategy, operating model and architecture (e.g. IT TOM, ICT sourcing, EA, MSP/Cloud, data, etc.) to international public sector organisations. In particular he focuses on client relationship management of IFIs, EU accounts and monitors public policy and technology trends.
