Bernhard leads our ESG Reporting Service for Investment Management and is responsible for PRIIPs, MiFID and Factsheet Reporting Services. He possesses 20+ years of professional experience in asset management and servicing industries with specific knowledge on regulatory change and digital transformation. He provided regulatory change assistance to UCITS, AIFMD, PRIIPs, MiFID regulations, and is now a recognized expert in the EU Sustainable Finance Disclosure Regulation (SFDR).
Since 2008, Bernhard provides reporting service for asset manager and insurer in fields of
- regulatory reporting (AIFMD Annex IV, CSSF Risk, SFDR pre-contractual, periodic and website disclosure, TCFD),
- client reporting (Factsheets, Website, PRIIPs, KIIDs, EPT, EMT, EET) and
- institutional reporting (Solvency, VAG) and pension reporting (DCPT, CTI)
His consultancy assignments included defining strategic initiatives, driving business change, operational efficiency, digital transformation, and as well supporting on regulatory compliance.
Prior to joining Deloitte, Bernhard worked for another BIG4, where he led the Regulatory Reporting Service across Europe, as well for an IT Consultancy and SaaS provider focusing on Asset Management industry.
He holds a Diplom Kaufmann (MBA equivalent) of a leading German Business School, ebs Universität.
