Avelino joined Deloitte Spain in 2006 and moved to Deloitte Luxembourg in 2012 where currently serves as an Audit Partner for the Alternatives sector.
Avelino has mainly experience in the manufacturing and real estate industries. In particular he specializes in complex group audits under IFRS and US GAAP. He also has extensive experience on PCAOB integrated audits.
Avelino is recognized for his technical expertise within the Deloitte Luxembourg having been part of the technical team for two years supporting audit teams in complex audit consultations. He was also internal control deputy leader. Avelino is a member of Deloitte GCOE team, supporting and coaching audit teams across the globe.
Avelino is a member of the ROAC in Spain and a Reviseur d’entreprises agree in Luxembourg. He is fluent in English and Spanish.
