Vincent joined Deloitte in 2008. He has 14 years of audit experience in Luxembourg and Belgium, serving clients of various sizes in the manufacturing and commercial sectors under IFRS, Lux-GAAP and BE-GAAP. Vincent is a Luxembourg and Belgian Réviseur d’entreprises.
Erika joined Deloitte’s Strategy Department in 2017. She focuses on serving clients in the banking and European financial services industries, mainly addressing strategic issues and defining target operating models. Erika is certified in PMI/PMP Project Management.
Antoine joined Deloitte in 2003 and provides both VAT advisory and VAT compliance services to clients across all industries, with a special focus on private equity and real estate, banks, and investment funds. Since 2020, Antoine also leads the Tax Digital Factory’s Internal Efficiency pillar.
Sébastien started his career with Deloitte as a Junior in 2006, and has over 15 years’ experience in providing technology-related services to the financial services industry. He specialises in technology strategy and transformation, advising clients on tech hot topics like cloud, blockchain, web 3.0, decentralised finance and green IT.
Amandine joined Deloitte in 2010 and has over 13 years of experience across China, Canada, Australia and Luxembourg, spanning technology strategy, business model transformation and technology implementation. She leads global, complex and customer-centric work programmes, mainly in the manufacturing, oil and gas, and telecommunications sectors. Amandine also manages the Digital Customer team and co-founded the emerging ERP practice.
Maryam joined Deloitte in 2008 and has successfully led and coordinated the audits of banks, PSF and investment funds, covering the review of financial statements and prudential supervision reports and assessing compliance with Luxembourgish regulations. She is a Réviseur d’entreprises and also steers initiatives promoting innovation in the Audit business function.
Justin joined Deloitte in 2015 in the Corporate Finance Advisory department. He has more than ten years’ experience in helping banking, wealth management, corporate and fund services and non-FSI clients with M&A, due diligence, growth and organisation strategies, business and financial planning, and performance management.
Ali joined Deloitte in April and has more than 18 years of experience in the Commerce, Industry and Public Sector (CIPS) and alternative (PERE) industries in London, Dubai and Luxembourg. He has also served large multinational group audit clients, including SEC registrants under PCAOB auditing standards. He is experienced in Luxembourg GAAP, IFRS and US GAAP. He is a Réviseur d’entreprises agréé, an ICAEW Chartered Accountant (ACA) and a fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA).
Bettina joined Deloitte in 2006 and has over 15 years of experience working on audit and assurance projects in Deloitte’s Luxembourg, Southern Africa and Switzerland offices. Her areas of expertise are accounting and reporting matters, finance function and internal controls optimisation, accounting systems transformation, and attest services. Bettina is a fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, a Certified Internal Auditor and a certified facilitator for CFO transition labs.
Hana joined Deloitte in 2018 and has over 14 years’ experience in managing, structuring and setting-up AIFs and private equity structures in Luxembourg. She works with the Corporate and Accounting Services team and leads the Corporate Secretarial services, focusing on legal entity management. Hana is a qualified lawyer in Germany and an active member of the German business community.
Arnaud joined Deloitte in 2012 and has more than 18 years of professional experience in the banking sector and the manufacturing industry. As part of the Risk Advisory team, he delivers advisory services to financial institutions, helping them navigate prudential obligations and business needs, run sound and sustainable business activities, and efficiently use their capital and liquidity resources.
Karl started his career with Deloitte as an auditor in the Johannesburg office in 2005 and joined the Luxembourg office in 2010. He is a seasoned auditor who has gained valuable experience in serving multinational groups. One year ago, Karl joined the Luxembourg Firm’s Independence team of which he will take over the leadership over the coming months. Karl is a member of the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants and a Réviseur d’entreprises.
Carole joined Deloitte in 2019 in the GFSI department. She has over 21 years’ experience in the financial services industry, notably assisting banks, PSF, management companies and insurance companies on corporate taxation, transfer pricing, tax accounting and tax compliance. Her special focus is on market player reorganisations, due diligence and tax advice for international clients. Carole is also very active in DAC 6 developments and is a member of the IFRS centre of excellence.
Rainer joined Deloitte in 2013 and has over 21 years of audit experience with industrial companies in Germany and in the financial services industry. He provides clients with audit and advisory services in Luxembourg and specialises in retail and alternative investment funds. Rainer also leads the "Renewable Desk" team, focusing on AIFs investing in renewable energy, social impact and other infrastructure investments. He is a German Wirtschaftsprüfer and a Réviseur d’entreprises.
Grégory joined Deloitte in 2001 as a tax advisor and has since gained extensive experience in direct tax advisory and direct tax compliance. Active within the Tax Compliance team, he advises and assists Luxembourg subsidiaries of multinational groups with various matters such as corporate income tax returns, tax provisions and tax reporting.
Vincent joined Deloitte in October 2008 as a Junior in the Cross Border Tax M&A department. Vincent assists alternative asset managers on various domestic and international tax issues, including M&A, global tax optimisation, tax due diligence and other areas affecting AIFs. Vincent also has strong experience in the African market (both inbound and outbound).
Olivier joined Deloitte in 2002 and has over 20 years’ experience in fund reporting. Olivier specialises in compiling funds’ financial statements under various GAAP and other IM industry regulatory reports and disclosures. He provides reporting services to fund administrators and management companies, and also takes part in IM industry-related projects such as TER/ongoing charges, NAV error, SFTR, SRDII and SFDR.
François joined Deloitte in 2020, bringing a wealth of experience in finance and change management. He has extensive expertise in effectively addressing complex finance operations, and in supporting businesses in developing a competitive advantage. François will take over the position of CFO as of 1st June.
Nicolas joined Deloitte in 2011 in the Corporate Finance Advisory team, and has more than 15 years’ experience in buy-side and sell-side transactions and due diligence for private equity and corporate clients. His expertise includes valuation, due diligence and M&A assignments, and he oversees the Financial Advisory team's coverage of the fund and corporate services and real estate sector.
Maurice joined Deloitte in 2018 as part of the Information & Technology risk team and is currently the Firm’s CIO. With information security as a primary focus, Maurice developed over the years, a in-depth knowledge in information technology, cyber risks as well as management, primarily for the financial industry. Maurice holds CISA, CISSP, CSSLP as well as OSCP certifications in information security.
Adil joined Deloitte in 2007 and has over 15 years’ experience in audits of the financial services industry, servicing PSF, management companies, banks and investment funds. Adil is a Réviseur d’entreprises.
