At Deloitte Luxembourg, ensuring that every employee feels comfortable coming to work as their authentic self is part of our daily standard and one of our core values. Throughout FY25, we celebrated and honoured the diversity of our people across initiatives that strengthened inclusion, visibility and pride across our organisation.
A culture of diversity, sharing and inclusion came to life at our annual Diversity Day celebration. Nearly 40 colleagues from 15 countries representing five continents offered participants to partake in dishes from their home countries, creating a rich tapestry of flavours, stories and traditions.
The event raised over €1,900 for the Deloitte Foundation, welcoming more than 200 participants. This second edition, the recipes were compiled in an international cookbook and shared will all employees via our intranet and by email, allowing everyone to take home a piece of this celebration of culture and community.
"This is my favourite event at Deloitte! It is special to take part representing my country each year and to bring some of our culture, our delights. It is a unique moment of sharing but mainly of discovering, and I am already looking forward to participating again next year.”
Merima Pecikoza, Brand & Content Manager and Diversity Day volunteer, Deloitte Luxembourg
In FY25, we marked the 5th anniversary of GLOBE, Deloitte Luxembourg’s LGBT+ and Allies Network, with a vibrant week of Pride celebrations. The festivities began on 15 March 2025, with GLOBE sponsored tickets to see Loreen—the Eurovision Song Contest icon and advocate for human and LGBT+ rights—in concert at Luxembourg’s Den Atelier venue.
Our participation in the Lux Pride Parade in Esch brought together 50 colleagues and friends marching side by side, while the Pride After Party gathered LGBT+ employees, allies, families and friends of Deloitte for an afternoon of connection and celebration. Deloitte also joined the Lux Pride Run, with 25 sponsored runners from our Ally Network, our staff athletics club, and the Council of Young Professional.
To mark GLOBE’s milestone, we launched a refreshed “Mosaic of Allies” photo campaign, which culminated in the Rainbow Happy Hour on 22 May, a powerful moment of visibility, unity, and support.
"Embracing the essence of who we genuinely are—irrespective of our gender expression or the ones we care for—is the foundational step toward a diverse and inclusive workplace. When individuals openly express their authentic thoughts, perspectives, and stories, it enriches everyone involved.”
Sandrine Muller, Partner, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Leader, Deloitte Luxembourg
