At Deloitte Luxembourg, we are committed to continuously exploring, investing in, and strengthening our expertise in AI and Generative AI (GenAI). Our goal is to remain at the forefront of innovation, helping businesses navigate an ever-changing technological landscape with confidence and insight.
During FY25, our internal GenAI transformation team integrated intelligent automation tools both for internal operations and client-delivery processes, significantly enhancing overall efficiency. These advancements—now deployed across multiple Deloitte geographies in Europe—have redefined productivity benchmarks and operational excellence. Building on this foundation of accelerated efficiency, we expanded our efforts to develop more coordinated and intelligent AI-driven ecosystems.
A key driver of our progress has been the implementation of agent orchestration frameworks, enabling seamless collaboration and smarter workflows by connecting AI-driven agents and structuring data sources. This approach allows us to tackle increasingly complex business challenges with agility and intelligence. As these orchestrated capabilities matured, they created the ideal environment for deploying more advanced, organization-wide AI solutions.
A major milestone in our journey has been the rollout of eBuddy, our secure internal GPT-based solution, now supporting over 30,000 users in five European member firms. This achievement reflects our collaborative spirit and positions Deloitte at the leading edge of AI-driven communication and knowledge-sharing. To ensure our people can fully leverage these innovations, we have continued to invest heavily in developing the necessary skills and confidence across our workforce.
Talent development remains a top priority. More than 50% of our professionals have completed at least one Generative AI training session, ensuring we cultivate a workforce capable of leveraging new technologies responsibly and effectively.
Our thought leadership was also showcased at the second edition of Nexus Luxembourg, where Deloitte was the lead sponsor of the PureTech district. There, we developed and presented two cognitive demo robots and participated in forward-thinking discussions on Agentic AI and digital sovereignty. Moreover, we collaborated with Deloitte Global’s leading technology partners—Amazon Web Services (AWS), Google, Dynatrace, and Salesforce—who joined us at the event to demonstrate agentic solutions that promote digital sovereignty and sustainable innovation.
Ultimately, the true impact of GenAI at Deloitte lies in our commitment to becoming faster, more efficient, and smarter, ensuring we continue to deliver greater value to our clients and anticipate future challenges.
"We are proud of the transformative impact our solutions and collaborations are having as we continue to expand the boundaries of intelligent automation, data centralization, and AI-driven insight for our clients. Deloitte Luxembourg is committed to helping organizations modernize and future-proof their operations, adopt the most advanced technologies, and accelerate digital innovation. By orchestrating seamless integration, empowering teams, and simplifying complexity, we enable our clients to move faster, work smarter, and achieve lasting, scalable success in an ever-evolving landscape.”
