Viktorija has more than 7 years of experience consulting Lithuanian and foreign companies on direct and indirect taxes and application of tax incentives.
Viktorija is in charge of M&A services group. She has participated in a number of buy-side and vendor due diligence projects, performed a variety of comprehensive tax reviews and tax diagnostics of the companies.
Viktorija gained the major part of her experience working with companies that have been engaged in finance and insurance, telecommunication and technology, energetics, trade, services and manufacturing activities.
