Rūta Žukaitė Passos is a Managing Associate leading Employment service line in Deloitte Legal Lithuania. Rūta has graduated from Strasbourg University, Faculty of Law (specialization in International and European Business Law), as well Mykolas Romeris University. She is a member of the Lithuanian Bar Association, Attorney-at-Law (from 2013).
Rūta’s practice mostly focuses on advising clients on the processes of the employment law and adjust all procedures to regulatory requirements in the most efficient way.
Rūta has over 15 years of professional experience in advising international and local companies on employment related assignments, such as employment, non-competition, confidentiality and other agreements with employees, individual dismissals and mass redundancies, including those resulting from intra corporate transfers worldwide, cross-border mergers, etc.
She has acquired extensive experience in dealing with civil and employment disputes representing the interests of clients before pre-trail investigation authorities and courts of law.
