Lina is the Head of Tax and a Director with more than 20 years of experience advising international and Central European companies operating in Lithuania on complex tax matters. She leads the Tax practice in the Vilnius office, focusing on delivering strategic, business-oriented solutions to both multinational and local clients.
Her core areas of expertise include direct and indirect taxation, day-to-day tax advisory, transaction structuring, tax optimization, and tax risk management. Lina has extensive experience supporting clients in acquisitions, reorganizations, and cross-border business operations, helping identify efficient tax structures and optimization opportunities while ensuring compliance with local and international tax requirements.
In addition, Lina leads the Grants, Investment & Innovation incentives service line in the Vilnius office, advising companies on available incentive schemes and supporting businesses in maximizing investment and innovation opportunities.
