Meet Deloitte’s Women in Forensic Services
We’ve made great strides over the past several years in increasing the number of women in client service and leadership roles, including those in Forensic fields, such as Financial Crime Advisory, Discovery & Data Management, Legal Business Services, Investigations & Crisis Support, and Disputes & Litigation. The gender gap is shrinking but we still have a long way to go, especially at the executive level.
The business case for diversity is crystal clear and we know organisations with women as part of their teams outperform and provide enormous advantages. Diversity of thought is crucial in forensic services, explains Katie Jackson, as “it creates a much broader range of opinions, perspectives and experiences to draw upon in order to arrive at the best answer and anticipate potential risks.”
