Financial reporting frameworks and accounting standards are constantly evolving, now faster than ever. With this constant evolution of both accounting and sustainability standards (such as IFRS S1 and S2), there is increasing importance to provide relevant and timely reporting to investors and other stakeholder, including sustainability reporting.

Deloitte has the pleasure of inviting you to our workshop where our experts will share key global insights into financial and sustainability reporting, discuss key IFRS and sustainability reporting issues and provide key considerations that should be taken into account in relation to reporting for Banks. 

To make the session as interactive as possible, we would recommend that you send representatives from your bank, selected from the Finance and Credit Departments. 

This would be a full-day workshop which would be held on Thursday 21st November 2024 at the Hyatt Regency Hotel in Addis Ababa. The charges for the event would be at 12,800 Birr (excluding taxes) per person.

• Automation of financial reporting and key trends across the industry
• Key financial reporting considerations, and trends across banking industry
  • Credit risk, Liquidity risk and Market risk
• Key reporting considerations under existing economic environment- foreign exchange, interest rates and inflation.
