Graduate Recruitment Programme

We know that grades are not the be-all and end-all; we are just as interested in your creative thinking and how you tackle a challenge. However, due to the high volume of applications, we have set minimum entry requirements for candidates to be shortlisted. 

2025 Annual Graduate Recruitment

Qualifications: 

Kenya

  • MA Bachelors Degree in Actuarial Science with a minimum of Second Upper Division or equivalent for the Actuarial role.
  • A Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline with a minimum of Second Upper Division or equivalent for the Tax role.
  • Graduated in the preceding three years (2023/2024/2025). (Candidates must have graduated by the close of the application date and a letter of completion attached where the degree certificate has not been issued yet.)
  • Minimum Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) overall grade of B with a B in Mathematics and English or equivalent.
  • Qualification or pursuing qualification as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) is desired, but not a requirement for the Tax role.
  • Be a Kenyan citizen or have authority to work in Kenya.
 
Tanzania
 
  • A Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline with a minimum of Second Upper Division or equivalent.
  • Graduated in the preceding three years (2023/2024/2025). (Candidates must have graduated by the close of the application date and a letter of completion attached where the degree certificate has not been issued yet.)
  • A’ Level – Division 1 or equivalent.
  • O’ Level - Division 1 or equivalent with at least B in Mathematics and English.
  • Qualification or pursuing qualification as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) will be an added advantage, but not a requirement for the Tax role.
  • Be a Tanzanian citizen.

Uganda

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Economics, Law, or related field with a minimum of Second-Class Upper Division from a recognized university;
  • Pursuing or possess a recognized accounting qualification such Certified Public Accountants (CPA) or Association of Certified Chartered Accountants (ACCA), Post Graduate Diploma in Tax (PGD Tax) or Advanced Diploma in International Taxation (ADIT), Certified Tax Advisor (CTA), is an added advantage;
  • A minimum of 16 points at 'A' Level or equivalent;
  • A first grade in 'O' Level (with at least credit 3 in English and Mathematics) or equivalent;
  • Be interested in pursuing a career in Taxation;
  • Having graduated in 2023, 2024 or hope to graduate in 2025, a letter of completion or complete testimonial should be attached to your application;
  • Good knowledge of various local tax laws;
  • Availability to report for work 1 September 2025;
  • Tax experience in an international professional services or tax advisory firm is an added advantage; and
  • Be a Ugandan citizen or eligible to work in Uganda.
