George Hapisu is a Partner and East Africa Advisory Human Capital Consulting Leader at Deloitte. Prior to joining Deloitte, George led the advisory consulting division of PricewaterhouseCoopers Kenya where he was HR Consulting Leader/ People & Change Director. He has over 25 years’ experience in Human Resources Management in East Africa, twelve (12) of which has been gained in management consulting in big four firms.
George has served clients in TMT, ER&I, LS&HC, GPS, Consumer and FSI sectors in East Africa. He is currently Industry Leader for GPS Industry in East Africa.
George is a Fellow Member and served as the Third National Chairman of the Institute of Human Resources Management of Kenya. He also served as a Vice Chairman of the Institute of Human Resources Management of Kenya.
He is currently Board Member / Trustee for Education for all Children and Chairman of the Governance and HR Committee. He is the subscriber and Chairman for College of Human Resources Management (CHRM).
