David is an Associate Director at Deloitte East Africa. He has over 14 years specialist experience on employment tax compliance and expatriate tax consulting, having worked with PricewaterhouseCoopers Limited for over 13 years. He has led numerous client engagements across various industries/sectors such as oil and gas, telecommunication, public/not for profit, financial services, manufacturing and consumer products, and construction/real estate. David has extensive experience on expatriate taxation in Kenya and has supported various companies on tax compliance reviews, expatriate tax consulting and advisory, negotiations with the revenue authority to resolve tax assessments and payroll outsourcing services.
He has facilitated several value adding trainings to multinationals and trade associations on employment taxation, pensions and labour laws. He has also attended a number of global conferences on mobile work force and the new trends on global mobility.
