Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu LLC Announces New Chair of the Board and CEO for the Next Term

TOKYO, JAPAN, 16 March 2022

Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu LLC, a company of Deloitte Tohmatsu Group (Deloitte Japan), announced the new Chair of the Board as well as CEO for the next fiscal year (FY23, from June 2022 to May 2023) and onward. In accordance with internal rules, the Nomination Committee nominated a candidate to the Board, followed by a resolution of the Board with subsequent approval at the general meeting of partners.
