Marco has supported international corporations to: define and implement the Innovation Strategy and Model; incubate innovative solutions and accelerate promising start-ups; leverage open innovation initiatives and collaborate with leading players in the innovation ecosystem; set-up, design and lead the Deloitte FoodTech Corporate Accelerator; design and manage Corporate Accelerator Program; scout exponential technologies and develop innovative solutions.
