Partner in Deloitte Human Capital, Stefano is an advisor with more than 17 years of experience supporting large organizations in strategic change management and workforce transformation initiatives. He is also a professor at leading business schools and universities, where he teaches the use of digital technologies, data, and artificial intelligence to enhance business performance and organizational effectiveness.
Stefano holds a PhD in the Psychology of Innovation, a Bachelor’s degree in Learning Processes, a second degree in Neuroscience applied to Business, and a Master’s degree in Adult Education.
He is the author of several books and numerous business articles focusing on human–machine interaction, the future of work, and the organizational implications of artificial intelligence.
