Marco Latif Mesak is a Partner at Monitor Deloitte with over 15 years of experience gained at leading strategic consulting firms.
Throughout his career, Marco has developed significant expertise in strategic planning through the definition of multi-year business plans and the design of new commercial and operating models, as well as in executing inorganic growth strategies and M&A transactions and in the end-to-end orchestration of large-scale transformation and performance improvement programs.
Marco specializes in Financial Services - with a particular focus on Banking - where he works closely with the Top Management of leading Italian banking groups and specialized players in navigating the market challenges ahead. Over the years, he has also built a consolidated expertise in FS Tech, supporting leading international Private Equity funds in evaluating investment opportunities and advising the Top Management of FS-Tech players in defining and executing value creation strategies both domestically and internationally.
Alongside his professional activity, Marco regularly contributes to research and publications on Banking, Digital and AI, and participates as Lecturer and Speaker at the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore and the European School of Economics.
