Ilenia is a Director for the Financial Services Industry where she is champion of Corporate Governance Transformation services of Deloitte Consulting. She has 15 year’s experience in the insurance sector where she has handled complex projects and international regulatory change-management initiatives.
She specializes in working with Compliance and Internal Audit functions, in particular she has extensive experience of leading the implementation of the Solvency II programmes for national and international insurance companies.
She is responsible for a long term internal audit project for an international insurance company, helping the client to define the Audit framework including the definition and implementation of the audit plan, methodology and control activities. In addition, she manages a project for an international insurance company to ensure that the client complies with Solvency II, focusing on testing and control activities for Pillar II and Pillar III.
