With over 20 years of professional experience in M&A transactions, she specializes in real estate deals. She has extensive expertise in advising leading private equity houses and real estate operators on the tax structuring of real estate investments into Italy. Her experience covers all asset classes — including offices, logistics, retail, residential, hospitality and data centers — and all types of structures, ranging from corporate structures to fund structures and securitization vehicles.
Elena regularly assists Italian and international investors in navigating the Italian tax environment and, through close collaboration with the Deloitte global network, delivers coordinated, multi-jurisdictional support to real estate clients. She also plays a key role in developing Deloitte’s real estate tax practice in Italy and contributes to market-facing activities in the sector.
