The Strategy, Risk & Transactions – International Capability Center (SR&T - ICC) was established a decade ago to support Global Deloitte practices in delivering expert advice to clients. Based in Mumbai and Gurgaon, our centers operate as a hub of excellence.

We specialise in solving complex client challenges through comprehensive services across the M&A lifecycle, including Financial, Commercial and Operations due diligence, Valuations and Business Modelling, Data Analytics, Corporate Finance, Turnaround and Restructuring, Real Assets Advisory, Infrastructure advisory.
