Since 2022, Indian organisations have advanced in people analytics maturity, shifting from fragmented efforts to more structured and strategic approaches. Although progress varies across sectors, there is a growing recognition of the need for data-informed workforce decisions. Sustaining this momentum will require stronger data literacy, improved infrastructure and deeper integration of analytics into decision-making to unlock the full potential of AI-driven insights and build resilient, inclusive and high-performing workplaces.
