Vijay is a Partner & the Leader for the real estate & construction sector within the Risk Advisory practice in Deloitte India. He has over 20 years of strong professional work experience in leading various engagements for clients in the sector across the globe. He currently leads a team of chartered accountants, engineers & architects, & specialises in providing services to clients such as occupiers, funds, banks & Private Equity institutions, EPC companies, real estate developers & other real estate, engineering, & construction stakeholders. He has been led multiple project management/review/monitoring assignments, cost estimation assignments, cost assurance reviews, construction quality reviews, technical due diligences, internal audits, land & building valuation & full-fledged PMO of large infrastructure/real estate developments amongst advisory projects. He is an SME on all aspects related to real estate development & management and has published several articles and spoken at several real estate & construction forums across India.

Vijay is a Fellow Member of Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (UK), Associate Member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and an Associate Member of Institute of Cost Accountants of India.
