Tovi is a well-known expert in the space who brings multi-dimensional expertise to IT transformation engagements. Prior to joining Deloitte, Tovi spent 27 years in the Israeli Air Force (IAF), where he held critical positions in the world of IT, primarily across the disciplines of intelligence, operations and management. He has a Bachelor of Applied Sciences in Economics and Computer Science from Bar-Ilan University and an MBA from Ben Gurion University.
