Yonatan, an International Tax Partner, leads the EGC Service Line in the division.
Yonatan has extensive experience advising and assisting private, public, and multinational companies, particularly in the areas of international taxation, due diligence, and tax planning.
During his nine years at the Large Enterprises Tax Department of the Israeli Tax Authority as a Department Manager (Senior Coordinator), Yonatan handled all aspects of taxation—including conducting audits, assessments, withholding tax issues, ongoing procedures, and more—for companies in sectors such as biotechnology, high-tech, and pharmaceuticals.
Yonatan also represents, among others, venture capital and private equity funds, supporting them from their establishment stage, through negotiations with tax authorities to obtain advance tax rulings (when necessary), and providing ongoing support.
Yonatan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration as well as both Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Law. He also serves as a lecturer and teaching assistant at several academic institutions.
