Yair Zorea is a Tax Partner at Deloitte Israel, leading the U.S. tax practice. With over 23 years of experience, Yair has served Israeli, U.S., and European multinational companies, specializing in complex U.S. inbound and Israeli outbound transactions, including joint ventures, mergers & acquisitions, and business restructuring.
Before joining Deloitte, he led the U.S. tax practice at another Big4 firm in Israel and was seconded to New York as an International Tax Director. Yair holds bachelor’s degrees in law and political science from Tel-Aviv University and a master’s degree in law from Duke University. He is a certified lawyer and a member of the Israel Bar Association.
