Transactions managed by Sigal range from start-ups to multi-billion-dollar companies. Her extensive approach is guided by due diligence, merger planning, vendor support and sell side advisory, carve-out analysis and more.
Sigal holds a BA in Economics and Business Administration from The College of Management, an LLM from Bar Ilan University and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant. She is also an advisory board member of Derech Lotan and former member of the Governmental Advisory Committee.
