With 37 years of extensive experience working in the Israeli Tax Authorities, Rafael specializes in the Indirect Tax field, particularly Customs. He has managed two prominent customs offices: The Ben Gurion Airport and Ashdod Port. Rafael possesses comprehensive knowledge in import and export regulations and offers creative solutions for various customs aspects across a broad range of categories, including customs valuations, import and export processes, and is an expert in classification and the legal aspects of these procedures.
