Nili is the leader of the Finance & Performance practice in Deloitte Israel. Nili has over 25 years of experience supporting businesses through large and complex transformation projects. 

Nili has significant experience leading Finance Transformation projects in global and local companies from different industries. Nili leads Finance Transformation projects from strategy to execution, to improve and automate Finance, reduce cost, increase efficiency and value to the business and align to the Digital world. Projects include building Finance and digital strategy, overall assessment and benchmark of Finance, Target Operating Model design and execution including moving to a Shared Service Center, increase finance insights and value and finance processes automation and improvement.
