Kfir also specializes in planning aspects arising from new tax legislations, Advice, and tax planning for companies and wealthy individuals (HNWIs) in the field of Israeli and international taxation. Consulting for taxation aspects of business transactions and Negotiations with the Israel Tax Authority, including requests for pre-rulings. Kfir advises private clients on family wealth planning and preservation, specializing in the taxation of trusts and estates.

Kfir has a BA in Accounting and Business Management and Law. A master's degree in Tax with Summa cum laude. Kfir is also a tax lecturer at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and other colleges in International Taxation & Advanced Taxes. Kfir is a member of the tax committee of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants in Israel.
