Idan Adler is a leader at the R&D and Innovation Center at Deloitte Israel. He leads an organization of more than 200 software developers , AI and GenAI engineers, data scientists, product managers and architects, focused on helping global clients build next-generation products, platforms and technology solutions.
Idan works closely with clients across sectors and industries to shape, design and deliver state-of-the-art digital, AI and data-driven solutions. His work bridges deep engineering capabilities, product strategy and business transformation, helping organizations move from innovation concepts to scalable, market-ready solutions.
In addition, Idan leads the implementation and transformation of Deloitte Israel’s practices through AI adoption, including the development of new offerings, tools and business models. He is focused on embedding an innovation and engineering mindset across the firm, accelerating the use of AI and GenAI to create meaningful impact for Deloitte, its clients and the broader ecosystem.
Before his current role, Idan held leadership roles across entrepreneurship, intelligence technology and business innovation. He was involved in establishing two startup companies and an NGO, and served in the Israeli Intelligence Force as a Product Manager. Idan is also a lecturer in academia and at conferences, speaking on AI, innovation, business and the intersection between emerging technologies and organizational transformation.
