Elad is an Audit Partner at Deloitte Israel and serves as the Energy, Resources & Industrials Industry Leader. He has more than 15 years of experience auditing Israeli and international public companies across the energy, infrastructure, resources, and industrial sectors.
Elad leads the firm's multidisciplinary teams, including audit services, in supporting industry clients as they navigate growing demand for energy, raw materials, and industrial products, alongside global supply chain disruptions, rising costs, geopolitical instability, and an accelerating pace of energy transformation.
He helps clients integrate technology, data, and human expertise to drive operational improvement, reduce costs, and enhance productivity across the entire value chain. Elad believes that collaboration across industries and areas of expertise is the key to breakthrough solutions and a more sustainable future.
In addition to his role as Industry Leader, Elad leads Deloitte Israel's Audit Methodology practice and serves as an Associate Member of the Audit Standards and Audit Procedures Committee of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants in Israel.
