Allan is a Chief Operating Officer in the Tax Practice at Deloitte Ireland. Allan works closely with the Head of Tax and broader tax partner group to set and execute the strategy of the practice and drive operational effectiveness.
Allan is also a member of the North and South Europe Tax Chief Operating Officer forum.
Allan is analytical and decisive, and has consistently delivered on KPI’s. He has a proven track record in consulting, functional leadership, transformational change, strategic and financial planning, and organisational and new business developmen. He has extensive experience in developing strong relationships with senior stakeholders.
