Rachel has a number of years’ experience advising clients in financial services with a focus on Insurance & Investment Management. Rachel has advised a variety of insurance companies, investment management companies and service providers on areas including set-up and operational, strategic & compliance issues in their relevant industries. In addition, Rachel has experience working on projects for a number of high-profile international and domestic clients including issues surrounding Irish and foreign withholding taxes, group reorganisations and due diligence exercises.
Rachel graduated from University College Dublin with a Bachelor of Commerce (International). Rachel is an associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland (ACA) and is also an AITI Chartered Tax Advisor (CTA).
