CFO Survey Greece 2026

The strategic role of Chief Financial Officers in a volatile business environment

Building on the insights gathered from last year’s survey, the CFO Survey 2026 edition aims to further explore the evolving challenges, priorities, and opportunities facing CFOs, while capturing key insights and emerging trends among financial leaders.

The survey was conducted online by Deloitte Greece during April 2026, through the participation of more than 100 Greek CFOs (from companies with sufficient size and sector of activity stratification), a sample that is representative of the Greek business community.

The survey focused on the following thematic areas:
