Ray is the Global Oracle Operate leader and is a Principal within the Enterprise Operations-as-a-Service practice out of the Tampa, Florida office. He has more than 35 years of experience in Technology Consulting, with 30 years focused on Oracle application implementations and application management. Ray has spent the last 10 years focused on Application Management Services (Operate) and works with clients across industries helping them with their strategic IT organization design, governance definition, and ITIL process design to maximize IT application investment value.
D’Arcy Mathias
D’Arcy is the Global Oracle Offering Leader and leads the Canadian Oracle Operate and Alliance teams, overseeing all Deloitte Global Oracle delivery excellence. In this role, he brings extensive Advisory, Implementation and Operate experience with Oracle products across the major pillars, including Oracle Fusion Cloud and On-Premise platforms (ERP, HCM, NetSuite, EPM, Analytics and Technology). His experience spans multiple industry sectors, including FSI, Public Sector, TMT and Consumer Business. His overall objective is to bring leading-edge innovative solutions from the Global Deloitte Oracle and Cross-Service teams to enhance client success and value realization, leveraging process depth in Finance, Human Capital and Supply Chain. D'Arcy brings over 25 years of global consulting experience with a strong network of client and Oracle executives.
