The Her Work. Her Voice. was a nationwide survey initiative, designed and implemented for the first time by Deloitte, with the aim of capturing the authentic experiences of women working in Greece. Conducted over a three-week period, it gathered 1,200 responses and combined quantitative and qualitative insights across nine key workplace dimensions, offering a comprehensive, data-driven view of both progress and the persistent challenges women continue to face.

Deloitte HerInTech Accelerator

Deloitte HerInTech Accelerator is a Deloitte Competence Center initiative specifically designed to empower women from diverse backgrounds outside Deloitte to kickstart their journey in tech or boost their current tech skills.

Shatter the Glass Ceiling

Through this leadership development program, our Deloitte women embark on a journey full of interactive workshops, guest speakers’ insights and networking opportunities.

SHE.Leads Group

Led by our CEO, Dimitris Koutsopoulos, and Analia Kokkoris, our Partner, Audit & Assurance, People & Purpose Leader, this group for aspiring Deloitte female leaders provides our female professionals at managerial level and above with opportunities for skill development, mentorship, and valuable practical tools.

International Women`s Day

At Deloitte Greece, we celebrate women every day. However, International Women`s Day serves, every year, as a special opportunity for us to honor women, celebrate their achievements and reinforce policies that empower women in the workplace, through a range of initiatives. Indicatively, we have hosted events featuring inspiring speakers, as well as impactful workshops like the #IamRemarkable by Google and the <i>50 Ways to Fight Bias™</i> in collaboration with Lean In Network Greece - Athens.

Her.Net Community

Our Her.Net Community, led by passionate Deloitte women and men, empowers women of all ages within and outside Deloitte to pursue careers in the STEM sector (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics), promoting gender equality in the workplace. The Her.Net Ambassadors organize various initiatives that revolve around three specific pillars: Networking, Learning & Development and Volunteering.

HerWay Forward: Upskilling and Reskilling Event

During this event, women from all walks of life have the opportunity to participate in hands-on Upskilling or Reskilling workshops, either to enhance their skills or acquire entirely new ones. In addition, they are given the chance to connect with esteemed professionals and expand their network!

Deloitte Lean In Circle

The Deloitte Greece Lean In Circle is an internal, women-led community that provides a safe and inclusive space for women and allies across all ages and life stages to share stories, experiences, and knowledge. Through regular meetups, members gain the support and empowerment they need to continue progressing, both personally and professionally.
