Panayiotis is an Equity Partner, Chief Operating Officer and the Strategy & Transactions Leader. With almost 20 years of experience, Panayiotis specializes in the M&A Transaction Advisory (Corporate & Banking), Loan Portfolio Advisory and M&A Value Creation Services, having worked for a wide range of sectors both for local and cross-border transactions. He is a Fellow Chartered Accountant (ICAEW) and holds a BSc in Economics and a post graduate degree in Business Administration (MBA).
