Konstantinos joined Deloitte Greece in 2018 and leads engagements within the Strategy, Risk & Transactions Advisor practice, focusing on Restructuring Services and Portfolio Advisory. Prior to Deloitte, he spent 13 years in the Greek banking sector, holding senior roles across major financial institutions with a focus on restructuring, and special situations. He has led numerous complex transactions involving debt resolution, capital structuring, and investor engagement, supporting both financial institutions and corporates across multiple sectors. His recent work includes advising on pre-pack insolvency agreements under the Greek legal framework, as well as structuring DPO financing solutions in the context of non-performing exposures and special situations. Konstantinos holds a BA in Business Administration and an MA in International Business and Management.
