Katerina is a  Principal in Risk advisory with over 20 years of international experience (Europe, U.S., Africa and Asia) in Change Management, Business Transformation, Audit and Control Advisory, across diverse industries (Financial Services, Telecommunications, Mining and FMCG). She has extensive experience in working with organizations, to design and deliver regulatory-driven changes and ensure compliance with the US, UK and European regulators’ requirements. She is currently leading IT and Specialized Assurance Services in Greece.

Her Change Management and Audit experience includes

  • Assessing Risks and improving the system of internal controls and operating models to ensure compliance with SOX, Group Audit Standards, Code of Conduct.
  • Leading large-scale Business Process management, Regulatory Change, and assurance projects, using local and global resources across industries.
  • Leading regulatory driven Operational excellence and transformation initiatives for Global Banks and FMCGs. 
  • Post-merger integrations for multinational companies within the mining and sustainable energy sector.

Katerina is an ACCA, ACFE member and a lean six sigma black belt.
