Eleftheria is an Infrastructure & Real Estate, Strategy & Transactions Partner at Deloitte Greece. Eleftheria has over 10 years’ experience in Real Estate Valuation & Advisory Services with Real Estate consultancy firms (DTZ, JLL), while she has also worked for three years in Piraeus Bank Real Estate.

Her experience in Real Estate consultancy firms has provided her with wide Real Estate exposure given that she has participated in several projects (e.g. portfolio valuations for  transaction and IFRS purposes, feasibility studies, development appraisals and hotel valuations). She is  a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), certified by the Hellenic Republic's Ministry of Finance and registered in the Chartered Valuation Registry.
