Afroditi is an Audit Partner in our shipping group with over 15 years of experience in public accounting. Her vast audit experience in the shipping industry includes audits of companies listed on the US capital markets, compliance with applicable IFRS/U.S. GAAP, PCAOB/ISA standards and SEC rules and regulations, as well as initial public offerings (IPOs) or secondary equity offerings in the US and the related SEC registration statements and filings and related comfort letters. Afroditi is also involved in audits of private shipping companies reporting under IFRS and U.S. GAAP. She holds a degree in Business Administration from the Athens University of Economics and Business. She is a Certified Public Accountant in Greece and Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA).
